WHAT IS A BUNKIE?

A bunkie is a small cabin at a cottage or home property for extra space. The model we are giving away is 160 sq. ft. with a footprint of 14′9″ wide by 10′10″ deep and an overall height of 12′1½″. The extra-tall ceiling and upper skylight windows add to the sense of space, and the full-glass French doors bring in the view. This bunkie kit is manufactured at our Bunkie Life factory in Rockwood, ON and can be assembled in a few days. It's easier to make than building from scratch and comes with all the wall-boards, windows and hardware to put it together.

A bunkie is a multi-purpose structure that can be used for extra guests, an office, storage, Airbnb, studio, a retreat on your property, or anything you need extra space for.

This is our 18th time running this contest, and the response is always, "that was so much fun!" This season, I am so excited about giving away our Rockwood 160™ Bunkie.

We know from experience that when your friends and family see your bunkie, they'll love it and want one too!

HOW CAN I WIN?

To enter our contest, you must have reached the age of majority in your state, province or territory and be a resident of CANADA OR USA.* Everyone who enters receives a Base Entry of 50 Entry Points, and every Entry Point is one chance to win the Grand Prize. You can increase your chance of winning by collecting more points.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

The $13,995 Grand Prize includes the complete Rockwood 160 Bunkie Kit:

• 160 sq. ft. — footprint 14′9″ wide by 10′10″ deep, overall height 12′1½″
• Full glass French doors, 45¼″ wide by 81⅝″ high
• 7 windows in total — 2 extra-tall front windows, 3 upper skylight windows, and 2 in the doors
• All wood is premium grade kiln-dried Northern Spruce, pre-cut, notched and interlocking
• Tongue and groove wooden floor boards and roof deck boards
• Premium window and door hardware, including keyed door handle
• Pressure-treated floor sleepers
• Kit includes screws and nails
• Snow load rated for the northernmost parts of Ontario
• Engineered drawing available if a permit application is required (nominal fee)

• Prize does not include installation. Our bunkie kit can usually be installed in a few days with family & friends as a fun bonding experience!
