Agreement to Official Rules

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, including eligibility, the validity of entries, the allocation and verification of Entry Points, winner selection, and prize award. Entrants who do not agree to these Official Rules should not enter.

Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States of America and the District of Columbia, and to legal residents of Canada excluding the Province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry. For clarity, residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Province of Quebec are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsors, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, together with their immediate family members (defined as spouse, domestic partner, children, siblings, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, and their respective spouses) or household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win the Grand Prize in this Sweepstakes.

All applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations apply.

Sweepstakes Period

The Bunkie Life Rockwood 160 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM ET on August 4, 2026, and ends at 5:00 PM ET on August 25, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter

Visit bunkielife.com/bunkie-contest during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the online entry form by clicking “Enter.” You will automatically receive a Base Entry consisting of fifty (50) Entry Points into this Sweepstakes. A temporary Sweepstakes Entry Account will also be created for you to accumulate Entry Points. There is a limit of one (1) Base Entry and one (1) Sweepstakes Entry Account per person, per email address and/or per social media account during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.

In addition to your Base Entry, you may earn Entry Points by completing certain optional actions (each, a “Bonus Activity”) during the Sweepstakes Period. The current list of available Bonus Activities and the Entry Points that may be earned for each Bonus Activity are displayed on the Sweepstakes scoreboard at bunkielife.com/bunkie-contest-scoreboard (the “Scoreboard”), which forms part of these Official Rules and is incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between the Scoreboard and these Official Rules, these Official Rules govern. The number, type, and availability of Bonus Activities, as well as the Entry Points allocated to each Bonus Activity, may be updated by the Sponsors from time to time in their sole discretion; any such change will apply prospectively only and will not reduce Entry Points already credited to a Sweepstakes Entry Account. Any Entry Points you earn will be credited to your Sweepstakes Entry Account and will be reflected on the Scoreboard, subject to verification by the Sponsors.

Multiple entries received from any person, email address, or device in excess of these limits will be void. Any entries that are incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received for any reason will be void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt of a Base Entry or Entry Points.

Each Entry Point represents one chance to win. Total odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on aggregate Entry Points accumulated by all participants during the Sweepstakes Period. Entry Points are used solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and selecting a potential winner, as described in these Official Rules. Entry Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for any product, service, or benefit other than as expressly set out in these Official Rules.

Base Entries and Entry Points must be submitted or earned by the entrant. You may not enter with multiple identities or use any automated system, bot, script, robotic entry method, or other device to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of permitted entries. Any suspected use of fraudulent, automated, programmed, or similar entry methods will void all such entries.

All Base Entries and Entry Points must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. The computer clock of the Sponsors’ webmaster is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Entry submission and Entry Point accumulation are subject to the limitation of liability provisions below.

Grand Prize

The Grand Prize available in this Sweepstakes consists of one (1) Bunkie Life Rockwood 160 bunkie kit with an approximate retail value of $13,995.

The Grand Prize includes the complete Rockwood 160 bunkie kit and support from the Sponsors’ build team, which will provide virtual consultation during assembly.

The Grand Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees that the following are not included and remain their sole responsibility: delivery costs; permits, licenses, and governmental approvals; site preparation and foundation costs; finish roofing materials (such as shingles or metal roofing); assembly and construction labor; insurance; utility connections; compliance with local zoning laws and building codes; and all other expenses related to receiving, installing, or maintaining the Grand Prize. The Sponsors’ virtual build support is limited to general assembly guidance only.

Winner Selection and Notification

On August 26, 2026, at 8:00 PM ET, a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible Entries and Entry Points received during the Sweepstakes Period to select the potential Grand Prize Winner. The draw for the Grand Prize will be conducted live and can be viewed on facebook.com/bunkielife and youtube.com/bunkielife.

The notification process for the potential Grand Prize Winner will begin with email and/or phone contact immediately following the random drawing. Three (3) attempts will be made to contact a potential Grand Prize Winner over a seven (7) day period. If any potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted after these attempts or is disqualified, an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible Entries and Entry Points, and this process will continue until a Grand Prize Winner is confirmed. Unsuccessful notifications are not the responsibility of the Sponsors.

The Grand Prize Winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of first notification and complete the verification process within seven (7) days of responding. The Grand Prize Winner must provide proof of identity and eligibility.

USA residents: The Grand Prize will not be awarded unless the selected Grand Prize Winner has completed, signed, and notarized an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9, in accordance with these Official Rules. Failure to respond within the required timeframe, provide required documentation, or comply with the Official Rules, or return of the prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification.

Canada residents: The Grand Prize will not be awarded unless the selected Grand Prize Winner has completed and signed a Declaration and Release Form, and successfully completed, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. Failure to respond within the required timeframe, provide required documentation, or comply with the Official Rules, or return of the prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification.

Grand Prize Conditions

The Grand Prize will be awarded as soon as logistically possible after the Grand Prize Winner is confirmed, and the Grand Prize Winner must accept delivery of the Grand Prize on or before September 30, 2027. If the Grand Prize Winner does not accept delivery on or before that date, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and no compensation of any kind will be provided. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No prize substitution will be permitted except at the Sponsors’ discretion due to unavailability, and any substitute Grand Prize will be of equal or greater value. If the Grand Prize Winner is a resident of the United States and their residence is in Louisiana, South Carolina, Virginia, or Washington, the Sponsors at their sole discretion may substitute a gift certificate of equivalent value to the Grand Prize. If any portion of the Grand Prize is not used, for any reason, no financial compensation will be awarded for the balance.

USA residents: The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value as stated in the Grand Prize section above, which significantly exceeds the IRS reporting threshold. The Grand Prize Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the full prize value and must report this as taxable income. A valid Social Security Number must be provided for tax reporting purposes. The Grand Prize Winner may be required to provide additional tax information. The Grand Prize Winner is strongly encouraged to consult with a tax professional regarding tax obligations, which may be substantial.

Canada residents: The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any taxes that may be payable in their province or territory of residence in connection with acceptance of the Grand Prize.

Cross-border delivery: The Grand Prize ships from the Sponsors’ head office in Canada, and the Grand Prize Winner is responsible for providing proper delivery information. For Grand Prize Winners resident outside Canada, additional documentation may be required for cross-border delivery of the Grand Prize, and all customs fees, import fees, taxes, and duties are the Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility.

The Sponsors are not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of shipping companies, delivery services, installation contractors, or other third-party providers, or for property damage, access issues, installation problems, or inability to deliver due to location restrictions. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for ensuring delivery location safety and accessibility and assumes all risk of loss, damage, or injury related to prize delivery, installation, use, or maintenance. The Sponsors are not responsible for Grand Prize utility, quality, performance, defects, damage during shipping and handling, or compatibility with the Grand Prize Winner’s property or local conditions.

Publicity and Promotional Rights

Acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes the Grand Prize Winner’s permission, except where prohibited by law, for the Sponsors and their designees to use the Winner’s name, photograph, voice, likeness, hometown, biographical information, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in all media worldwide in perpetuity without additional compensation. The Grand Prize Winner may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activities without compensation.

The Grand Prize Winner may be required to maintain confidentiality about winning until public announcement. The Grand Prize Winner cannot claim ownership rights to promotional materials, and certain publicity rights may be revoked where legally permitted.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the Sponsors and their affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, sweepstakes, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process, points accumulation process, or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries or Entry Points; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of the Grand Prize.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from entrant’s participation, violation of these rules, or misuse of any prize.

Dispute Resolution

All matters and questions related to this Sweepstakes concerning construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws specified below, without regard to conflict of law principles. For entrants resident in the United States, these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any litigation shall be brought in Fort Myers, Florida. For entrants resident in Canada, these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and any litigation shall be brought in Guelph, Ontario. Entrants consent to personal jurisdiction in the applicable courts and waive any right to change venue. Claims must be resolved individually, and entrants agree to waive the right to pursue claims by class action, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law. Claims are limited to actual damages, excluding punitive or consequential damages, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and must be filed within one year of the incident. Informal resolution will be attempted before legal action, and proceedings will remain confidential.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected through this Sweepstakes will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes, subject to the Sponsors’ Privacy Policy at bunkielife.com/privacy-policy. Entrants acknowledge that the Sponsors operate in both the United States and Canada, and that personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in either country, where it may be accessible to law enforcement and regulatory authorities under applicable law. The Sponsors implement industry-standard security protocols to protect entrant data. Access is limited to authorized personnel, and data is retained only as long as necessary.

Entrants have the right to access collected information, correct errors, withdraw from the Sweepstakes, and request deletion of collected information, as applicable.

General Conditions

The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion. In such event, the Sponsors reserve the right to award the Grand Prize at random from among the eligible Entries and Entry Points received up to the time of the impairment.

The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in a manner that disrupts the fair operation of this Sweepstakes.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect in that jurisdiction and in every other jurisdiction.

The Sponsors are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsors’ control.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or any other social media platform, and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by UpViral or any other sweepstakes administration platform used for entry or bonus activities. Entrants release all such platforms from any Sweepstakes-related liability.
